Zhen is the in-game currency used for all purchases and paid services within the game Avatar Realms Collide.
How can I check my Zhen balance and make purchases in the game?
You can buy Zhen on the official website. Once you purchase Zhen, an activation button will appear in the game. By activating this button, you can check your Zhen balance and make additional purchases.
Why isn't Zhen recharge supported on my platform?
Zhen recharge may not be available on certain platforms due to platform policies and technical limitations. If you can't recharge Zhen on your platform, you can still do so through the official website.
What is the Official Charging Center exclusive promo code and how can I receive it?
It is issued during several events. If the conditions are met and the code is issued, it will be delivered through separate instructions, such as game mail.
